Losi Mini-LST (original)

The Mini-LST expanded Losi's mini offroad RC franchise to cater to monster truck enthusiasts. It was their first 4WD mini, with not one, but two motors mounted to a center transmission, feeding power both ways to gear diffs at either end, much like the popular Traxxas E-Maxx. The twin motors and large tires gave the Mini-LST great torque, but sadly the differentials weren't up to the task and would frequently fail. Losi was extremely slow to address this well-known, prevalent issue, and as a result many hobbyists abandoned the truck in what was one of Losi's few faux pas.
Important: The Mini-LST was eventually updated and re-released as the Mini-LST2, with strengthened diffs.
