The Duratrax Mini Quake SE was a pre-built rolling chassis edition of the original Mini Quake. It featured the same low-cg tub chassis and shaft-driven 4WD setup, but came with no motor or electronic equipment. It included upgrade chrome wheels for looks and pin spike tires for off-road racing traction. The drivetrain was upgraded with ball diffs and aluminum CV axles all around. Turnbuckles replaced the RTR's plastic steering links for more adjustability.
